Surge jolted into existence in 1986. We are a Progressive Heavy Metal group with a multitude of influences from Long Island N.Y. A fusion of many genres with hard rock/ heavy metal vibe. Released in 2020 a full length album titled 14 Volts and music video.

  In 1994, the founding group, Steve Legge, Charles Watson, Glen Zerbi and Steve Anderson recorded a four song demo in which was the foundation for direction and went out to support in venues until abrupt hiatus in late 1997.
